Why do Fiber One bars work better than laxatives?
Honestly, I eat one of those things before going to bed, and the next morning I need to go. Laxatives work if they feel like it.
What’s in these bars that makes me go? It’s not the fiber, because it makes me have floppy sloppy poo, LOL.
Naw they don’t wreck me, I just wake up with sloppy poo, I don’t get gas or pains or anything.
