For Constipation:

Use 3 X 2 capsules on the first day and on empty stomach to relieve constipation and begin the recovery process. After initial use, adjust dosage based on personal experience. Most users need only 2 capsules on an daily basis to achieve optimum colon health. Your use may vary and can decrease with regular use. Many customers stop usage when the symptoms of constipation is resolved. You are encouraged to reduce the intake to 2-4 capsules daily and continue as a cleansing exercise.
