Castor oil cleansing followed by two or three warm water or coffee enemas. For details on both see sources….The only notes I have are that I take 4 ounces of Castor oil rather than 2 as it does a far better job. For the enema you can use a Fleet Bag Enema set it holds 1500ML - If you use tap water or distilled water be sure to add a teaspoon of table salt to each enema as it cuts down on absorption. Relax (Think of England!!!)and try to take the whole 1500ML in at one time and retain for 10 minutes or so. With the Castor oil cleansing be sure to drink 8 to 10 ounces of water an hour or more to stay hydrated. It is good to eat yogurt afterwords and add it to your diet as it puts a good flora in your bowel!! Good Luck and Good Health!!! I have done this once a month for over ten years and it works very well.
