Will a Colon Cleanser help me lose weight?
I'm thinking about using a colon cleanser to help me jump start my weight lose.
I have been eating healthy, Fruits, Veggies, Only drinking water, and I have been working out 3 times a week.
I have read that the weight that comes off from a colon cleanse isn't from fat and I will gain it back? If I colon cleanse and then continue to eat healthy will I be able to keep the weight off?

Diet wise, I advise you, if you are serious about losing weight, to become a raw vegan foodist. There's an underground community of us raw vegans and you will not only lose weight fast you will absolutely feel like you are walking on a cloud. People reverse diabetes, cure cancer, etc. It's amazing!

Despite what a lot of them promise you…you will only lose a pound or two. It's very rare to lose more than 5 pounds on these products. Go to google and put in "colon cleanse reviews" you'll read a lot of complaints.
You may not be eating enough calories in a day so your body is storing fat because it thinks you are starving it. If you eat meat, you should eat chicken and tuna - high in protein and almost non existent in fat. Eat 4-6 small meals a day so that your glucose levels and metabolism stay active. For breakfast, have a hard boiled egg or 1 piece of whole grain bread and 1/2 grapefruit. Eat something as a mid morning snack, like celery with cream cheese or peanut butter. Not sure what your age is but, have some source of calcium. Calcium has been proven to help with women's weight loss. If you're not getting enough calcium AND sleep, your body will hang on to fat.
