Take a laxative….go to the drug store and pick one out. They are cheaper and do the same thing. Pick a weekend where you won't be going anywhere and take them for a day or two. Drink plenty of fluids….my doc said that the colon cleansers and colonics are just a gimmick. He said one cleanser (cant remember the name…vita life or something like that) was horse laxatives. So save your money and get ex lax or cod liver oil….and don't forget to open a window and light some candles:oP

I don't have space here to tell you all the bad things with conventional Doctors.
You can get good colon clensees from health stores. But by eating alot of roughage (Fiber) like "Gluco Manon" and green leafy vegtables. Will go along way to help.

I wouldn't trust a colon cleanser that is being sold. I have read books that mention natural cleanses, but I have never seen the recipes for such cleanses. I would suggest the old fashioned way of not eating any food for approximately 2-3 days, just drink water and other clear liquids. I know it sounds crazy, but I had a teacher that does it once to twice a year and claims that it does wonders. Also you would not only have the benefit of a cleaner colon, but also a cleaner intestinal tract, stomach, and probably other organs. If 2-3 days is too long for you (I know I probably couldn't make it half a day unless I was sick) try 1 or 2 days and see how you feel afterwards. It's harmless to try.
