When is the best time to take super colon cleanser?

Just wondering does anyone know the best time to take super colon cleanser? I usually take it about 30 minutes before eating. is that the best time or should I take after I eat?

I usually take mine on a empty stomach, early in the morning – and preferably on a day when I can stay at home. Most colon cleansers are very harsh so you want to be as kind and easy on your body as possible. Drinks lots of water to flush toxins out – staying hydrated is always a good idea.

In general, eating a high fiber diet is good for maintaining a happy colon. Fiber, in combination with water and healthy fruits and veggies should keep you healthy and to the point where you won't need to take a colon cleaner that often.
