What is the best colon cleanser as far as effectiveness and safety?
It is starting to irritate me! I have been doing a LOT of research on trying to find the best colon cleanser, however, its hard to tell if the research site is just trying to pawn off a product or if its a real review…any help would be greatly appreciated.
First some form of exercise.also sit ups. There are natural herbs that can help. I saw at walmart colon cleaner the pharmacist said it was not a good idea to take madication, it creates habit.
Look what kind of herbs they list and make tea infusions and drink naturally. Also health food stores could have some info. The best would be to ask a doctor.

All colon cleansers are made up of one ingredient. Psyllium Husk .
Some of the more expensive one on tv add different things to it as enhancements but it is still 99 percent Psyllium.
Metamucil brand is the same thing, it only adds a propriety flavoring and coloring and then jacks up the price .
You can buy Psyllium powder or Whole in name brand form or in generic bags but it is the same thing and is approved for effectiveness and safety.
If you go on Amazon and see the different brands you really cannot go wrong and will get good effectiveness from it . It is far more important to use it in powder form than pill form as it is much more efficiant but as far as brands go, it is one of those nice things where you really can buy the cheaper form while still getting the same effectiveness.
