Do you think colon cleanser really works? I would like to know before I purchase some?
I mean Ill give it a try regaurdless, cause something might not work for you can work for me. I just would like to know do it works overall.
Why pay for a colon cleanser that may or may not work?
Simplest way to clean the colon (for free) is with a coffee enema.
Buy an enema kit (less than 20$) from your pharmacy and dilute two cups coffee with six cups water and apply. Coffee stimulates the peristaltic movement of the colon and the water flushes everything out. Repeat once or twice until it runs clear.
don't do it more than every two weeks though, otherwise your bowels may get lazy.

You can irritate the bowel by doing things like this…let nature take it's course (some bacterias are necessary for health). If there's a problem, get advice from a doctor about this…not here
