What You Eat May Get You Constipated
Food provides energy for the body to work and sustain its good condition. But it also triggers health problems when you are not aware on what you are eating. Improper choice and inadequate intake of food may cause unpleasant condition such as constipation. When having constipation, foods rich in fiber are best for you. This can be found in vegetables, fruits, and grains. Some foods that trigger constipation include proteinous foods, dairy products, wheat products, supplementary calcium and even supplementary iron. Fibrous foods may be supplemented by natural remedies in maintaining adequate and normal bowel movement.
