I just got out of school and have stopped drinking as much water and stop exercising. Its only been like 5 days but now when I eat my stomach hurts and I have like intestinal pain. I was told it may be constipation, I started drinking more water and moving around more but do you know any home remidies like olive oil or something I would keep around the house?
You need at least 30 % of Fiber in your diet. You will get the Fiber from 100% Bran from the Cerial. and other from your fruits and vegaetalbles you eat every day. That should take care of it and you should not have a problem with constipation any more. You can use olive oil in your cooking, and Fish Oil is good to have in your diet for yout heart. But the Fiber will take care of your problem.

You alone, have a very serious job; everyone knows this, but do not follow through as they should. It is your responsibility to look after the state of your organs. I assure you some of you are doing a lousy job. Can you imagine the state of your teeth if you didn’t clean them. People would grimace when they spoke to you , and very soon people would go the other way if they saw you coming.
The same way if you neglected cleaning your body, other people would make a point of avoiding you. To me it’s strange, if you don’t cleanse your whole system, people do accept that. Some of our generation are so overweight by not keeping their body in the condition common sense tells them that they should do, why in this world would people accept that. It blows my mind, that as a friend, others don’t tell them to smarten up.
Maybe this will get the message across. I recall, a while ago watching a program on television, that made a real impression on me.
In this show, a Doctor, actually, the show was on Oprah. This Doctor had a number of cadavers with him, which he was dissecting. They of course did not show him doing the cutting, that would have been too much.
Anyway, this Doctor opened one of the bodies and removed everything in it’s stomach. He took this huge object and held it up so the audience could see it, he showed a huge piece of fat weighing approximately 25 lbs.
The Doctor said that most people who have a big gut, (his very word) have something very similar to this inside them. He said, somewhere deep down inside of the fat he was showing, is a liver, kidneys and a colon. You just could not see anything other than the horrible fat.
He then asked the audience, this question, “do you think these organs have any possibility of working at peak efficiency in the condition that is around them?” Of course there were numerous responses, acknowledging they would not be at their very best.
The Doctor continued that the organs worked very much harder, but eventually gave out.
The Doctor said the reason we have the fat forming in our bodies, is because of toxins. Toxins today are everywhere and are doing this damage. It starts with the toxins entering our systems, then fat modules surrounding them. It starts small, but over time the build up continues.
He continued to say, the only way to get rid of the toxins, to emphasize what he said again,. The only way to get rid of them is to have a cleanse, and another one and another one. Flush the toxins from your whole system. He said, to understand really what is happening to you; is the day you have that first cleanse.
Your liver, colon and kidneys have not been working for a long time, imagine the response your system is going to react to your organs working as they should.
If you have hemorrhoids, then mostly likely you are constipated. Here is what you can do to have a quicker bowel movement.
When go into the bathroom, go in there to have a bowel movement. Don’t take a newspaper to read because that keeps you in there longer. Sitting on the toilet puts pressure on your rectum and anal veins and eventually leads to hemorrhoids or aggravates the hemorrhoids you already have. So, you don’t want to sit there longer than necessary.
Start taking and using some of the constipation remedies listed in other newsletters and you will be having an easier time when you go to have a bowel movement.

When sitting on the toilet, there are a few things you can do to help your stools to come out easier.
” Sit-up straight and lean back slightly
” Raise your arms up above you, this helps to stretch and move your colon
” Use a small stool to place your feet on to move your knees up a little bit. This takes off some of the pressure felt in your anal area.
” Move your stomach in and out to help move your colon
” Move side to side to stretch and move your colon
If you have a job where you have to sit all the time, get up and walk around every hour or as often as you can.
Exercise is necessary if you have hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids are like extra skin or inflammation that accumulates around your anus. That area can become sensitive or painful to touch.
Exercise is called for in helping to get rid of hemorrhoids. A good daily fast walk is the best. Yoga is very helpful since it helps to stretch muscles, and revive circulation. Any exercise will be beneficial.

You can do all the things for preventing hemorrhoids and constipation, but if you do not exercise regularly, you are bound to get these aliments. So plan to exercise, it is good for life and not just good for hemorrhoids and constipation.
The other exercise that you can do is an anus exercise. Do this by pushing down like you are going to the bathroom and then pull back. Do this for a few minutes. This will help to build the tissue in that area. Yes I know, this is uncomfortable to do, but if you don’t do some of these exercises, then these hemorrhoids will get worst as time passes.
Keeping regular with easy flowing bowel movements and exercise regularly can help you reduce or even prevent hemorrhoids.
