Need advise on an effective colon cleanse thats safe and cheap?

Im constantly bloated latley, stressed out, not going everyday. I think I need a good colon cleanse, and something to remove the waste weight.

Any sugguestions on products or foods.. I am on a tight budget.

If all you think you need is to take a good poop, then eat a lot of natural natural fiber in the form of raw vegetables.

Now, if you think need a colon cleanse, then you need to go to the doctor and get a colonic. “Safe” and “Cheap” are two terms that do not go together when discussing medical procedures. Also, no magic food or drink is going to roto-rooter your bowels.

What is the best way or product to cleanse your colon?

I tried an enima but it didn’t really work. I want to clean out my colon so that the poop is gone and i’m not bloated anymore. I never poop. WHat are some good colon cleanse products that are reasobaly priced? I heard drinking only water and juices for a couple days can do it.
You can’t "cleanse" your colon, and products and services that claim they do are largely scams. I would suggest you see a doctor – perhaps you have a gluten intolerance or similar.
