I have had it for a while now and im also vegeterian but I had it before that, what causes constipation? and what are some easy ways to get rid of it without going to the docter?
Gluten intolerance can cause constipation. If you’re a vegetarian, you likely eat a lot of bread and pasta to make up for your meat. If you have other health problems or symptoms or if your constipation gets to a point where it’s really bothersome, you could try a gluten free diet to see if it’s causing your problems.
Another thing I’ve found to really help with constipation is green smoothies. There are lots of websites dedicated to green smoothie recipes but my favorite is 1 apple, a handful of fresh spinach, and another type of fruit, like berries or a pear. Add a cup of water and some ice and blend in the blender for a few minutes. You can’t taste the spinach, it just tastes like fruit, but the fiber from the fruits cleans you right out. I started drinking them a couple months ago and I haven’t had constipation since. The theory behind the smoothies is that the nutrients in the spinach are much more available when they’re ground because our teeth can’t grind them enough to get all the nutrients. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it’s really effective for constipation and all the fiber really lowers your appetite. It’s great for dieting. Let me know if you need any more suggestions!
What can I use to cleanse my colon out with out pills or side effects? and after getting the colon cleansed out will it lower hyertension?
Ive actually had a lot of good experience with http://link.mavnt.com/cpa.php?50482.50907 I got a free sample, and it helped me feel a lot better.
I was having problems going to the washroom, and this helped a lot. I now feel a lot more healthier and cleaner.
I have heard doctors helping colon cleansing thorough some medical treatment / surgery. Do you know any way how to cleanse colon with some natural products?
Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of "junk science." But yes, there are natural products to do it. Most systems use bulk-forming laxatives (much like metamucil).
I usually experience constipation after a diarrhea. Although it does not happen often but everytime there is a diarrhea, constipation will follow suit. Is it normal?
Yes normal, you get dehydrated form the runs and then your body hoards fluid after. One of lifes bummers. Do try to drink as much water as you can when you have the runs and after. It helps a lot.
My little boy is almost 2 weeks old but seems to have bad constipation a lot, he is on formula and breast milk.
i'd try a different brand of formula and see if that produces any results.
I have recently gotten off of my diet, just a low calorie diet, and now i am starting on a new eating plan which is 5 small meals a day to help speed up my metabolism and i have been eating the daily intake of fiber and having a healthy balanced diet and i exercise a lot and i've been drinking water and i've even tried a gentle over night laxative. What should i do to get rid of my bloating and constipation?
Prune juice and cranberry juice. Not the cocktail kind. Continue drinking water. You may also try adding flax seed meal to your diet. You can buy it a health food store. A few sprinkles a day keeps the doctor away.
This is an embarrassing question, but I have really bad constipation a lot of the time. My parents have been telling me for years to eat right, but I didn't listen because I didn't like healthy foods and it didn't really bother me, but as I've gotten older it's gradually gotten more and more painful. What should I do? My mom is willing to get me medicine for it. We already got Phillips stool softeners but they don't work much. It really hurts and I don't think I can handle it anymore, so I'm willing to do whatever I have to to make it stop. Please don't make fun of me, I know this is a question lots of people would love to make fun of, but I'm hoping a nice nurse or someone will answer. Thank you for your time and for helping me.
First go to a doctor if it as bad as you say. They will adive you on any futher action.
However the proper diet is usually key to solve constipation problems. To help my constipation I usually eat the following foods to help me. Of course not all of them in one sitting – wholemeal bread covered in honey or jam, weetabix, fruit – apples are especially good, hard boiled eggs.
Also natural remedies such as Senna will help too. You can get them in tablet form from most shops.
I hope that helps. I hope it gets better soon.
I have conflicting information as to how many bowl movements is good or normal. What is the normal amount for a person with a healthy cleansed colon or is on a regular colon cleanse regiment?
Please site your source for the answer to this question. Thanks!
It’s basically impossible to predict. Many of these ‘cleansing’ procedures are not particularly healthy – in addition to having no actual health benefits. For some people it is normal to have a bowel movement only two times a week, for others, daily. Either is completely normal, and there’s nothing pathological about either.
Many ‘cleansing’ regimens severely disrupt the internal flora and absorption processes of the GI tract. This can result in a slowing of bowel movements and constipation all the way to constant runny diarrhea. That’s of course for those regimens that actually do anything to the GI system at all.
Basically, it’s impossible to gauge health or normalcy from bowel movements. There’s a huge range, and despite what the charming evangelist selling laxatives on the TV at night says, you can’t claim any particular number as what everyone should be having. It’s not very productive to focus a lot of energy on this, as the medical data is quite clear about the above.
Does it work? What would make it cleanse the colon? What about that horrible tasting stuff you get in the green bottle at the pharmacy? Wouldn't that do the same thing?
I have researched and tried several and found that most are only gimmicks that provide a laxative effect on the bowl. They will only cleanse your money.
I did find one product that worked very well for me and eliminated some very yucky stuff I also lost weight and my health improved quite a lot.
The product I used unlike others on the market had to be used over a 3 month period and was a powder that contained many herbs that I mixed with water had took twice per day Morning and night for 3 months great stuff!
I can not give the name because of spam rules but the web address below will tell you and give you all the info you need.
