Is it just the fiber or is there something else in them that helps with constipation?
Prunes are just one of the "high-fiber foods" – Fiber makes the stool softer and easier to pass. Certain foods are wonderful, natural agents for regulating bowel movements and keeping the colon clear of harmful bacteria. Prunes are one example of this. I tried an enima but it didn’t really work. I want to clean out my colon so that the poop is gone and i’m not bloated anymore. I never poop. WHat are some good colon cleanse products that are reasobaly priced? I heard drinking only water and juices for a couple days can do it.
You can’t "cleanse" your colon, and products and services that claim they do are largely scams. I would suggest you see a doctor – perhaps you have a gluten intolerance or similar.
