I want to do a colon cleanse without taking any pills. Do I only drink liquids?
Are there certain foods like fruits I can eat?
How long do you stay on it and what effects does it have on you?
You didn’t say how old you are. Doing a colon cleanse is a good thing but the rules have to be followed for you to do it in a healthy manner. There is a tea that you can get from your health food store. It is a TEA NOT a SYSTEM. Follow the directions. Also try drinking more water to keep hydrated. Try more salads and fruits. Stay away from junk, you konw the junk I’m talking about! The teenage junk food!
I have had it for a while now and im also vegeterian but I had it before that, what causes constipation? and what are some easy ways to get rid of it without going to the docter?
Gluten intolerance can cause constipation. If you’re a vegetarian, you likely eat a lot of bread and pasta to make up for your meat. If you have other health problems or symptoms or if your constipation gets to a point where it’s really bothersome, you could try a gluten free diet to see if it’s causing your problems.
Another thing I’ve found to really help with constipation is green smoothies. There are lots of websites dedicated to green smoothie recipes but my favorite is 1 apple, a handful of fresh spinach, and another type of fruit, like berries or a pear. Add a cup of water and some ice and blend in the blender for a few minutes. You can’t taste the spinach, it just tastes like fruit, but the fiber from the fruits cleans you right out. I started drinking them a couple months ago and I haven’t had constipation since. The theory behind the smoothies is that the nutrients in the spinach are much more available when they’re ground because our teeth can’t grind them enough to get all the nutrients. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it’s really effective for constipation and all the fiber really lowers your appetite. It’s great for dieting. Let me know if you need any more suggestions!
I have been constipating for the last few times that I have gone! I really hate it, the last time I noticed there was a little spot of blood (tiny), what can cause constipation? And what foods can i eat to help it??? Thanks for the help.

I just got out of school and have stopped drinking as much water and stop exercising. Its only been like 5 days but now when I eat my stomach hurts and I have like intestinal pain. I was told it may be constipation, I started drinking more water and moving around more but do you know any home remidies like olive oil or something I would keep around the house?
You need at least 30 % of Fiber in your diet. You will get the Fiber from 100% Bran from the Cerial. and other from your fruits and vegaetalbles you eat every day. That should take care of it and you should not have a problem with constipation any more. You can use olive oil in your cooking, and Fish Oil is good to have in your diet for yout heart. But the Fiber will take care of your problem.
what i mean is what medical prescriptions should i use becuase i have constipation and im 11 yrs old.

I am a piles patient and want to know how can i get rid of constipation.
foods most likely to prevent and cure constipation little of CoarsWheat Bran &Rice Bran and lots of Fruits and Veg.Prunes.Figs.Dates.COffee.Lots of fluids ,if your constipation is chronic or ir is known to result from a medical problem consult a physician before radically changing your diet….there are foods to watch for: caffeine. although coffee can be a laxative, caffeine can also contribute to constipation in some.Onevsurvey of 15,000 men and women by University of North Carolina researchers noted that those who were often constipated drank more tea and coffee. A possible reason: the nerves of the colon may come to tolerate the constant stimulant effect of coffee and caffeine, and thus become sluggish, just as they often do when people become overdependent over-the-counter stimulant-type laxatives..another food to watch for ..milk and calcium…
