Constipation is chronic
In some point we may experience constipation, however many of those who have constipation do not talk about the problem. It maybe because that they are embarrassed about the problem. We cannot deny the fact that constipation is a common of every indibviduals, on which the symptoms includes straining, hard stools or incomplete evacuation. Constipation is one of the most common chronic digestive complaints in the U.S., especially in the elderly. In people over 65 years old, about one third of the population has constipation at least monthly. thus most will take medicine to cure constipation there are still individuals who wish that it may soon be relived.
